PE實壁管
高密度聚乙烯為無毒、無味、無臭的白色顆粒，熔點約為130℃，相對密度為0.941~0.960。它具有良好的耐熱性和耐寒性，化學(xué)穩(wěn)定性好，還具有較高的剛性和韌性，機械強度好。介電性能,耐環(huán)境應(yīng)力開裂性亦較好。
貯存時應(yīng)遠(yuǎn)離火源，隔熱，倉庫內(nèi)應(yīng)保持干燥、整潔，嚴(yán)禁混入任何雜質(zhì)，嚴(yán)禁日曬、雨淋。運輸應(yīng)貯放在清潔、干燥有頂棚的車廂或船艙內(nèi)，不得有鐵釘?shù)燃怃J物。嚴(yán)禁與易燃的芳香焰、鹵代豎等有機溶劑混運。
產(chǎn)品特點
長久的使用壽命:在正常條件下,最少壽命達(dá)50年。
衛(wèi)生性好:PE管無毒,不含重金屬添加劑,不結(jié)垢,不滋生細(xì)菌,很大的解決了飲用水二次污染的問題。符合GB/「17219安全性評價標(biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)定以及國家衛(wèi)生部相關(guān)的衛(wèi)生安全評價規(guī)定。
可耐多種化學(xué)介質(zhì)的腐蝕:無電化學(xué)廩蝕。
內(nèi)壁光滑，摩擦系數(shù)極低，介質(zhì)的通過能力相應(yīng)提高并具有優(yōu)異的耐磨性能。柔韌性好,抗沖擊強度高,耐強震、擔(dān)曲。
重量輕,運輸、安裝便捷。
獨特的電熔連接和熱熔對接、熱熔承插連接技術(shù)使接口強度高與管材本體，保證接口的安全可靠。
焊接工藝簡單,施工方便,工程綜合造價低。
水流阻力小:HDPE管道具有光渭的內(nèi)表面，其曼寧系數(shù)為0.009。光滑的表現(xiàn)。非粘附特性保證HDPE管道具有較傳統(tǒng)管材更高的輸送能力，同時也降低了管路E壓力損失和輸水能耗。

1、長久的使用壽命---在額定溫度、壓力狀況下，可安全使用50年以上。
2、卓越的耐腐蝕性能---除少數(shù)強氧化劑外，可耐多種化學(xué)介質(zhì)的侵蝕，無電化學(xué)腐蝕。
3、優(yōu)異的抗磨損性能---在輸送礦砂泥漿時，耐磨性是鋼管的4倍以上。
4、良好的衛(wèi)生性能---加工時不添加重金屬鹽穩(wěn)定劑，材質(zhì)無毒性，無結(jié)污層，不滋生細(xì)菌,較好的解決了城市用水的二次污染。
5、較好的耐沖擊性---韌性好，耐沖擊強度高，重物直接壓過管道，不會導(dǎo)致管道破裂。
6、可靠的連接性能---熱熔電熔接口的強度高于管材本體，接縫不會由于土壤移動或活載荷的作用而斷開。
7、良好的施工性能---管道質(zhì)輕，焊接工藝簡單，施工方便，工程綜合造價低。
